We like things charming, cozy, relaxed, and easygoing—in short, uncomplicated. We've captured this feeling in four truly casual and super comfortable apartments. Each apartment has a sauna and a terrace or balcony, breakfast service is available (if you like), and each one is full of personality. Because we love genuine hospitality. And right outside the door? The ski slopes, hiking trails, and Schladming bike park begin. You're right in the heart of it all! Front row seats, no footfall.

Stories

Perhaps you already know us? For almost 50 years, we were the "Holzhackerstube" on the Planai in Schladming. Our excellent cuisine made us famous. Sometimes we can hardly believe how many people we've cooked for.
In 2020, we began a new chapter, because life has taught us not to wait for "someday." I, Sylvia – your host, am fulfilling my dream of owning a charming apartment building. I'll prepare an excellent breakfast for you every day and am always there for you with my warm, friendly hospitality whenever you need anything.

1. Each apartment has a large, private sauna just for you and your loved ones.
2. Located directly on the ski slope, the hiking trail, in the Schladming bike park, and surrounded by the Dachstein mountains. On a clear day, the sun sets behind it in an indescribably beautiful and vibrant display of colors.
3. You'll be completely on your own, but not alone. We prepare breakfast daily and, if you wish, tidy up in between, and we appreciate the conviviality in the good, old parlor with its tiled stove.
