The World Cup region Schladming-Dachstein, this is our home.
Here you can experience everything you associate with mountain sports, mountain culture, and mountain enjoyment. The people are Styrian at heart: honest, warm, and helpful. That's why we're absolutely certain you'll love not only our charming apartments, but also our charming region.

Practically everything starts right outside the Holzhackerin's front door. The winter sports paradise with 81 cable cars and chairlifts, 230 km of slopes, fun slopes, and a cross-country park. Summer action with a bike park and downhill trails. Or the hiking network with over 1,000 kilometers of trails, 25 mountain bike routes, 26 via ferratas, 4 golf courses, as well as rafting, canyoning, paragliding... for amateurs and professionals alike. You can store your equipment in our outdoor room. We have ski boot dryers, lockers, a small work and waxing table for you, and a washing facility for mountain bikers in front of the house.

Directly on the slopes

Ski-in, ski-out is a fact with us. We have the absolute silver platter location right on the Planai ski slope in Schladming. Just a few turns and then the 10-person gondola will whisk you up to the peaks of this winter paradise. Your ski pass is included in the total. Skiamadé valid, because of course we are there too.

Directly on the downhill trail

The brand-new downhill trail runs directly past, or rather behind, our apartment building. Here, too, you can take the Planai gondola back up. 12 different trails, each up to 8 km long, await you in the Planai Bike ParkAlternatively, you can cycle up the mountain on the Uphill Flow Trail, which is a huge amount of fun.

Directly in the hiking area

Hiking is possible year-round. In summer, the network is naturally larger, and thanks to the Summer Card, a daily gondola ride to countless mountains is automatically included in your vacation. But you can also enjoy wonderful hikes in winter, whether in the surrounding valleys or up the mountain. Here, you're sure to find peace and quiet.
